Where is that cute dimple?

Brave little Brynn had to have surgery on her back (May 21) to unattached her spinal nerves. Her first surgery was when she was 8 weeks old. She has been having consistent urinary tract infections for about a year. The poor thing is constantly taking medicine and when she has one of her infections she has lots of accidents and tends to run fevers. The doctors finally agreed it was time to do surgery. Good news the surgery went GREAT! The doctors said it was the best case scenerio and they were able to hopefully fix the problem for good! YEAH!!!

Brynn has to lie flat on her stomach for several days (possible weeks). She has a tube in her back draining the fluid, which will be removed, when she goes home. She is catheterized and on an IV. Her throat is sore from the tube that was down it and she won't eat. She is having bad headaches, due to the lose of spinal fluid. She is staying in an ICU room with strict visiting rules.
Carly and Ramie wanted to go see if they could cheer her up. Lisa and Ryan said this was the first time Brynn had smiled since surgery. She has been in so much pain! She wants to go home, she wants to see Jase and did I say she wants to GO HOME!
We love little Brynn and think she is so BRAVE! We hope she continues to do well and gets to come home soon. Today her MRI results were FABULOUS! Tomorrow will be a big day, tubes will come out and they will let her get up and move around a bit. Lisa and Ryan are exhausted, but so relieved that surgery is over and things went GREAT! Heather, Larissa, Ramie, Carly and I were so HAPPY to see Brynn's cute dimple!

Sing sing a song - Lindsey's choir concert.

Wednesday, May 21 @ 7pm Lindsey's choir performed at the Queen Creek Performing Arts Center. They did a fabulous job all their songs were about CHOCOLATE. When the concert was over the students came into the audience and passed out Hersey Chocolate KISSES. What a cute idea!
Gramers and Papa Morris came to support Lindsey. Thank you!!
Carly also chose to come with me. Oma and Papa watched Cole and Conner for me so I didn't have to worry about them. That was awesome, greatly appreciated. Erik called after the concert from work to see how the concert went.
I took my two amazing daughters to Serrano's for dinner afterwards. It was fun to have time just with them. We had a fun! I love you girls!!!

My Kindergarten graduate... CARLY!!

Wednesday, May 21 Carly graduated from Kindergarten. She has attended San Tan Heights Elementary and her teacher was Ms. Abbott. She went all day and loved school.

Her first day of school was rocky she didn't have a teacher (there was a substitute). Found out they had no idea when the teacher would be able to start teaching. No fun things on the wall, the substitute didn't even ask how she would be getting home and all the substitute was given by the Assistant Principal was some coloring pages. Needless to say I was on the phone several times that day with the Principal and by the end of the day Carly was moved into another class, Ms. Abbott's. We really liked her.
I was totally impressed with the cute diploma & picture Carly got!
Her teacher even had this cute shirt made up with each students name on it (FREE, we didn't have to donate or pay a thing, wow)!

I can't believe how fast this year went by. My little Carly is growing up so fast! She is a great reader and loves to do her school work! She has great handwriting and writes on whatever she can get her hands on. I love you Carly you are now a BIG first grader!!

Sad day in Conner's baseball WORLD!

The Diamondback's had a good season. They may not have won alot of game's, but they made huge improvements. Conner gained confidence on the pitching mound and up to bat. He got a hit everytime he batted. He loved to play in-field and could hardly wait for each game to start.
What will we do without baseball 3-4 nights a week? Conner is already sad! Thanks to all those who came and cheered him on!

Mommies little SODA man...

Cole loves soda. I have been trying so hard to stop drinking DP. Today was one of those days I just gave in. We'll let's just say COLE went to town drinking all he could before I took it away.
This is the happiest I have seen him in days. He has been fighting one of his BAD right ear infections and asthma. Nights have been long and during the days he's laid around being grouchy. So Cole man enjoy!

Uncle Richard meets his waterloo!

Uncle Richard Webb meets his waterloo! Saturday he and Aunt Liesl were hiking and he jumped off a waterfall and hit a rock under the water. He knew he had broken his ankle. A canyoneering team, an EMT from Tonto Basin, and DPS helicopter rescued him. Before they floated him out a LDS scout troop with Priesthood leadership gave him a blessing that he would rest at home that night. Even though they were still in the canyon and it was almost dark. Everyone thought they would be there all night, but the Lord knows everything. He was lifted out with just 3 minutes left before the DPS helicopter had to leave due to darkness. He broke his ankle in two places and had a gash on his shin that went to the bone. Even with all those injuries he was home that early morning (by 1:30am) just as the blessing said he would be.
Sunday night we went to visit the walking dead bringing our healing Rice Krispy treats and were excited to see the video coverage Aunt Liesl got of the heroic efforts of strangers on his behalf. We love Uncle Richard and are so glad he is okay! He is already bummed about missing his Tonto Creek hike next month, bum deal!
