Bucket of TOYS...

This may look like JUST a bucket of toys, but oh it is much much more.

In our last house we lived five houses from the park. We would play there a lot. We began using this bucket because it was easy to carry and a great place for the sand to stay (not in the stroller/garage/house). It has now become like a member of our family when we go to the park we grab it. It has entertained our kiddos and other little ones for hours. It is amazing how a box this size with this amount of toys can entertain a massive amount of kids.

Yesterday Larissa and I took our kids to a park nearby (we could do it because of the monsoon weather) and of course packed bikes, balls, scouters, and the sand toy bucket. We were the only ones there for a long time and then people started coming in mass amounts. Here we were at this fun park with lots of new updated equipment to play on and what did all the kids want to play with, yep our sand toys. Some just wanted a shovel, some a truck, some a measuring cup and some a bucket. It is amazing to me how much kids like to play in the sand. I am grateful to have something as simple and easy to tote around as our "bucket of toys!" Lot's of memories have been made.

That looks like one great bucket of toys. We have a sandbox outside. My deliema is how to keep the sand outside and not in the house.

That was great! Even the older boys were having fun digging tunnels in the sand. Heck, too bad we didn't charge a dollar per kid-we could have gone out to eat!!!!:)
